Job Scam Alert

Scammers Posing as WAH Recruiters

We have been made aware of fraudulent activities where individuals pretending to be WAH recruiters are deceiving applicants to disclose personal information, including direct deposit details. We want to emphasize that WAH Bynes Stafing, LLC and its affiliates never engage in such practices. We do NOT request any form of payment or payment-related information from candidates. If you receive any communication from someone asking for payment in exchange for a job opportunity at WAH Bynes Staffing, LLC, we kindly request you to refrain from responding.

Recognizing Warning Signs of a Job Scam:

  • Unrealistically attractive offers: Scammers often entice victims with unusually high salaries and exceptional benefits, aiming to divert attention from other suspicious aspects. If you never applied for the job, chances are it’s not a legitimate opportunity.
  • Fake email addresses: Be cautious of email addresses that resemble legitimate ones but contain minor variations or incorrect domain names. For instance, watch out for addresses like recruiter@bynescojobs.com or WAH@bynesjobs.com, which are not genuine.
  • Solicitation of money or personal information via email: Legitimate recruiters utilize secure HR systems to request sensitive information. Beware of any requests for money or personal details through email, as it is typically a red flag for fraudulent activity.
  • Lack of face-to-face interaction during interviews: While virtual interviews have become more common, it is still expected that you will see and communicate with a real person on the other side. Interviews should not take place solely via text or chat, as this is often indicative of a scam.
