Getting Paid
At WAH Bynes Staffing, LLC, we strive to provide our contractors with the best possible rates. Depending on the client and performance, compensation can range from $17/hour and up.
We strive to ensure that our contractors are well compensated for their efforts. You have the opportunity as many hours, depending upon the needs of the client. Pay is compensated twice a month (1st and 16th) via direct deposit.
You are responsible for your taxes. You will receive a 1099 form at the end of each year for tax purposes.

What Perks is Not

Perks are not essential company hygiene factors like mission, vision, values, fair pay, or a strong/ethical team.

And while it’s really great if you work close to where you live, it wouldn’t be considered an “perk,” even if you’re working from home.
Earn up to $300 for referring a friend or family to work with WAH Bynes Staffing, LLC as a CSP [Customer Service Professional] *
In order to be eligible, the following criteria must be satisfied:
You must be an active agent, out of training and actively earning with your client by the time your referral has completed their probationary period (day 91).
Here is an example: By day 91, the first installment [$75] from the $300 will be released, and again every 91 days until you receive the full $300.
The referred must apply for a customer service position
They must be interviewed and complete registration into the Arise Platform
They must complete training and select a client[s]
For a referral to be valid, the person referred must be actively using our systems on the 91st day.
